The Municipal Solid Waste Processing Facility in Anaheim, California has proven the ability of the Bio-Products Process in a commercial environment.

The Bio-Products Process creates a high value cellulose for a variety of end uses.

This first large-scale facility will be operating at full capacity in Anaheim, California in early 2007.

Residual Municipal Solid Waste is delivered to the Bio-Products Processing Facility.
Step 1
Municipal Solid Waste is loaded onto conveyer for deposit into the Bio-Process Vessel by a Front Loader.
Step 2
Municipal Solid Waste traveling on a conveyor belt to the Bio-Products Process Vessel.
Step 3
The conveyor belt delivering Municipal Solid Waste into the opening of the Bio-Products Vessel.
Step 4
The opening of the Bio-Products Vessel after the conveyor belt has been removed.
Step 5
The doors of the Bio-Product Vessels are sealed.
Step 6
The entire Bio-Products Process is controlled and monitored by a computer program.
Step 8
The Bio-Products Vessel connected to infeed steam for processing.

The sterile processed waste is discharged onto a conveyor system for delivery to a materials separation system where cellulosic biomass, aluminum, steel and plastics are removed.
Step 11
The Bio-Products Process Control Room where all systems are controlled and monitored with a programable logic computer.
Step 7
The Bio-Products Screening Process where plastics and metals are effectively removed from the Bio-Products Cellulose.
Step 12
The Bio-Products Process removes labels, shrinks, and crushes plastic bottles.
Plastics
The Bio-Products Process removes labels and crushes steel cans and metal.
Steel
The Bio-Products Process delaminates and crushes aluminum cans.
Aluminum
The Bio-Products Process transforms the pulp and paper materials, food waste and soft yard waste into a homogenous cellulosic biomass product.
Bio-Products Processing
The major Bio-Products recyclable is a homogenous biomass cellulosic fiber material after all other recyclables have been screened out of the treated Municipal Solid Waste.
