Mr. Curtis has significant experience in investment and merchant banking with a concentration as an advisor to manufacturing and recycling firms. He has experience with financing manufacturing companies, solid waste processors, and other recycling companies via tax-exempt bond offerings and private placements of taxable debt. Mr. Curtis’ primary focus has been with site selection, acquisition of waste streams, and financing. In addition, Mr. Curtis has worked closely with Dr. Eley and Mr. Malley over the past five years in the development of this process and marketing of biomass. Mr. Curtis has a B.A. in Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate.

Don Malley has a wealth of experience and hands-on knowledge in the technical and operations side of the business. He successfully operated the first-generation commercial facility based on the patented technology and the successful continuous operation of the prototype facility. Mr. Malley’s past project history includes construction supervision of nine textile facilities throughout Mississippi, as well as experience with HVAC, electrical and hydraulic system construction and operation.

Dr. Michael H. Eley is a Professor Emeritus, recently retired, and research scientist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. A nationally recognized developer and inventor of processes for the treatment of municipal solid waste, Dr. Eley holds a PhD. and M.S. in Biochemistry and a B.A. in Biology. In addition to his teaching and research, Dr. Eley has authored more than 100 published articles and papers.
