Clean Earth Solutions, Inc.(CES)
With corporate offices in Spring Valley, CA, CES is the parent company of Bio-Products International, Inc. by way of a merger. CES is licensed to use the Bio-Products Process in all countries throughout the world. With only a few exceptions CES has exclusive licenses. CES currently owns the Anaheim facility equipment, the demonstration process vessel in Huntington Beach, CA, and a C&D landfill and hauling company in Marks, MS. The Marks landfill site is currently seeking permits to operate a Subtitle D MSW Landfill in the near future. This may also be the site for relocation of the Anaheim facility equipment.
UGWA Diamond, Inc.
With corporate offices located in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada, UGWA Diamond, Inc. was licensed in 2004 to construct and operate Bio-Products Process facilities in the Province of Ontario, Canada. UGWA Diamond, Inc.sub-licensed Downstream Waste Recovery, Inc. to conduct its marketing and operations in the Province of Ontario. The license is non-exclusive.

Wastesaver Holdings Ltd.

With corporate offices in Auckland, New Zealand, Wastesaver has a non-exclusive license to utilize the Bio-Products Process in New Zealand and Australia, including some South Pacific island nations. Wastesaver has several projects for which funding are being secured in New Zealand.

Hansol EME, Ltd.
Hansol has a license to operate the Pilot Plant previously located ay the University of Alabama in Huntsville. They have built a nice building to house the pilot plant and are currently testing both the equipment and Asian waste to determine the best end use for the cellulosic biomass that contains more food waste than MSW from the U.S. Hansol also has a license to construct one small commercial demonstration plant in Korea (probably 50 tonnes per day).
